Our final show of the year will be our Winter Salon. This will be the 3rd year PhotoHaus gallery has held this exhibition and as before it will be an open-themed show. This means that you can send us your best photographs, no matter what the subject matter is.
‘Give the gift of photography this Christmas’
Once again we will be encouraging you to price your work to sell. This year we have decided to set a cap of $200 as the maximum that you can sell your work. This should be taken into consideration when choosing your images for submission. We will be promoting the exhibition as a collection of affordable photography, encouraging those that attend to ‘give the gift of photography this Christmas’
Please note: Photo Haus Gallery will take absolutely no commissions on any sales, this exhibition is meant to support hard-working photographers and have images shared. Either as a gift to yourself or someone else.
How to Submit Your Photographs
All submissions will be evaluated by a panel of qualified judges. They will look for visual qualities like strength of composition, appropriateness to the Exhibition Theme, overall impact and technical excellence. However we will include at least one image from all who submit to this years Winter Salon.
To make a submission simply pay your submission fee (using the paypal link at the bottom of this page or over the phone) and send us your files for evaluation
1 -3 images $25
3 – 5 images $35
$5 per image thereafter

We accept Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Interac, Cheque and Cash as payments. You can come to the gallery during opening hours and make your payment in person or over the phone.

Online Payments are available through Paypal (see below). You don’t need a Paypal account to make an online payment, just a major credit card.
Digital File Submission
We only accept digital files. All digital images should be provided as jpgs only, 72 ppi, image width not to exceed 1024 pixels on the longest side.
Please note that for initial evaluation of your work, we only need ‘web quality’ of your images. You do NOT have to submit the finished high quality images until your work has been approved and chosen to be included in the exhibition.
E-mail digital files to Submissions@PhotoHausGallery.com, or drop off in person at the Gallery. Please note we are not able to return any CD/DVD’s mailed to us. You are welcome to pick them up in person after the show has closed.
Files should be titled as follows: LastName_FirstName_1Title.jpg

Artists whose submissions are accepted for exhibition grant PhotoHausGallery the right to use their images for the purpose of marketing the exhibition, marketing related programs, and subsequent display as thumbnails on the PhotoHausGallery’s website, unless indicated otherwise.
