• Submission Fees
Still Photography Category
1 – 5 images $35 (+hst) & $5 (+hst) per image thereafter.
Up to 40 images $25 (+hst)
Up to 5 videos $35 (+hst)
Note: Submission fees are Non Refundable
Still Photography & Slideshow Submissions
• Digital File Submission
We only accept digital files. All digital images should be provided as jpgs only, 72 ppi, image width not to exceed 1024 pixels on the longest side.
Please note that for initial evaluation of your work, we only need ‘web quality’ of your images. You do NOT have to submit the finished high quality images until your work has been approved and chosen to be included in the exhibition.
Files should be titled as follows: FirstName_LastName_1Title.jpg

To make a video submission click the link below. This will take you to a submission form. Simply fill out your details, upload your images and click continue to make your payment using paypal. If submitting images for the slideshow category please check the appropriate box and follow the instructions.
Please note: You do not need a Paypal account to make an online payment, just a major credit card.
Video Category Submissions

Please note that we cannot accept video submissions that are uploaded – instead, please send us a link to your video (hosted elsewhere) or drop off a disc, usb, and/or harddrive containing your submission at the gallery (14 West 7th Ave).
• Submissions in person at the gallery
If you would prefer to make a submission in person for any category you can do so at anytime during our business hours: Mon – Thur – 12 – 8pm & Fri 12 – 4pm. Please note normal office hours resume on January 6th.
Please provide your submission files on a cd/dvd (please name your files as stated below). Along with your name, address, phone number, email, & titles of your images. For further details please see below.
We accept Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Interac, Cheque and Cash as payments.

• Acceptance Notification
Photographers will be notified of acceptance approximately 2-3 days after the submission deadline.

All submissions are evaluated by a panel of qualified judges. They will look for visual qualities like strength of composition, appropriateness to the Exhibition Theme, overall impact and technical excellence.
