To make your participation in a Gallery Exhibition as easy and convenient as possible, PhotoHausGallery offers an Exhibition Frame + Mat Rental and Exhibition Quality Print Service. Photographers may choose to use either one or both of these valuable services. Here’s how it all works.
Exhibition Frame Rental:
Exhibition Frame Rental service is offered at only $5 for the duration of the exhibition you submitted to. Mat Rental Service is priced at $5 also. Choose either service on its own or If you choose both services, the price will be $8. Prices are the same for ANY frame and/or mat size combination chosen from the list below.
PhotoHausGalley offers two Exhibition Frame sizes along with archival quality pre-cut mats. Select the size that fits your artwork best.
For photographers using our Frame and Mat rental services, we offer to frame your artwork at no additional charge. All you have to do is provide your image, and we’ll mat and frame it for you.
PhotoHausGallery frames are 16 x 20 and 20×24 metal frames.
Mats are white archival mats in the following standard sizes:
- To use our 16 x 20 in. frames with a mat with a window opening of 7.5 x 11.5 in. please make your print image 8 x 12 in.
- To use our 16 x 20 in. frames with a square mat with a window opening of 11.5 x 11.5 in. please make your print image 12 x 12 in.
- To use our 16 x 20 in. frames with a mat with a window opening of 10.5 x 13.5 in. please make your print 11 x 14 in.
- To use our 16 x 20 in. frames with a mat with a window opening of 9.5 x 14.5 in. please make your print 10 x 15 in.
- To use our 20×24 in. frames with a mat with a window opening of 12 x 18 in. please make your print 12.5 x 18.5
- If your image doesn’t fit in these mat sizes we can order custom mats for $25 each.

We do have a limited supply of 20×24 in. frames available.
Exhibition Print Service:
PhotoHausGallery offers an incredible convenient and very high quality exhibition print service to photographers. If you don’t do your own printing, simply send us your .jpg, .tiff, or .psd file and have us make a print for you.
We use the latest Epson Printing technology with Epson UltraChrome® HDR pigment Ink.Your work will be printed by an experienced master printer to ensure the highest quality. You are welcome to attend the printing session but we ask for prior arrangements.
We print on either glossy or matte finish paper, using Epson’s Exhibition Fibre Paper with a Luster finish, or Hahnemuehle’s Photo Rag with its matte finish.
Prices are flat rates as follows:
- $30 for prints on Exhibition Fibre Paper (glossy finsh). Any size mentioned above (up to 13 x 19 in.)
- $25 for prints on Hahnemuehle Photo Rag Paper (matte finish). Any size mentioned above (up to 13 x 19 in.)
Print services are available in larger sizes and on a variety of other paper/media. Please contyact us for pricing.
After the Exhibition closes, Photographers can pick-up their prints, or we can ship them (postage paid by Photographer). Your prints are certainly yours to keep and we encourage you to take them home and display them there!
Package Deal – Frame Rental and Print Service:
If you choose to use both Frame + Mat rental along with our Exhibition Print service, we offer you all of these three services for one low flat rate price of $35 (glossy) and $30 (matte).
Using these 3 services will make your gallery submission as easy as submitting your digital file to us. We take care of the printing, matting and framing so all you have to do is show up and see your work on the wall on Opening Night!
